Dear Parents and Guardians,

1.0 END OF TERM 2
We are very grateful to all parents and guardians who have continued to support the school in various ways. The term was generally smooth in terms of academic and social activities, and no major incidents occurred that required parents' attention.

2.4 Birth Certificate/Birth Record
Parents and guardians of all returning learners are requested to send either a birth certificate or birth record for their daughter.
These documents are important for learners' participation in various school co-curricular activities and other official school requirements.
Please make a photocopy of the document and send it to school when schools open in September.
2.5 Sending of Pocket Money
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the designated agent line when sending pocket money to learners.
Agent Line: 0778 561 163
Please select Option 2 – Get Cash and, thereafter, send a message indicating:

Important: Please do not send pocket money to any individual teacher.
2.6 Learners' Health
Parents and guardians are encouraged to take their daughters for medical check-ups during the holiday before they return to school.
This will help reduce unnecessary visits to health facilities during the school term.
Learners who require specialised medical treatment should be attended to during the holiday before reporting back to school.

Parents and guardians are kindly requested not to send anything through Ms Libongani from this point onwards.
3.5 Official Communication from the School
Parents and guardians are advised to treat information as official only when it has been communicated through the appropriate school authorities.
There is currently a significant amount of false information circulating within the school community.
All official communication regarding learners, including information concerning learners who may be unwell, will be communicated through the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, or Matron when officially delegated to do so.
Parents are therefore encouraged to verify any information with the school before acting upon it.

Pay school fees on time and in full each term.
